Internationalization or globalization speeds up the pace of business and reduce the distance between each other, even for the foreign country. Therefore, more and more companies use many different ways to expand their scale of operation. This research wants to discuss which internationalization strategy is better for multinational corporations to do business with better performance. There are two common strategies which are Mergers and acquisitions, and Greenfield strategy. The following are the definitions of the terms:
