本研究的目的是討論人格特質對創造力的影響,並且以背景音樂作為干擾變數探討之。本研究共有175名受試者,分發人格特質量表讓受試者填答,每項人格特質篩選出各35名受試者,進行第二階段實驗。各35名的五大人格特質受試者隨機分配在5種不同背景音樂下:「流行音樂歌詞版」、「流行音樂演奏版」、「懷舊音樂歌詞版」、「懷舊音樂演奏版」、「無音樂」進行陶倫斯創造力測驗成人適用精簡版的實驗。本研究結果如下:
(1)開放性人格特質者在「流暢性」、「原創性」、「精密性」、「變通性」與「創造力」方面,比外向性、情緒穩定性、嚴謹性、宜人性人格特質者有較佳表現。
(2)工作環境中播放「流行音樂歌詞版」可提高在「流暢性」、「原創性」、「精密性」、「變通性」與「創造力」方面的表現。
(3)工作環境中播放「流行音樂」可讓開放性人格特質者在「流暢性」、「原創性」、「精密性」、「變通性」與「創造力」方面,比外向性、情緒穩定性、嚴謹性、宜人性人格特質者有較佳表現。
(4)工作環境中無播放音樂可讓嚴謹性、宜人性人格特質者在「流暢性」、「原創性」、「精密性」、「變通性」與「創造力」方面有較佳表現。
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of creativity on different personality, and use background music as disturbances.There are 175 people take part in first Big-Five Mini-Markers test. Than choose 35 people in each personality than take second test. Than random distributaries those people in five kinds of different background music (they are popular music (with lyrics), popular music (without lyrics), Golden oldie music (with lyrics), Golden oldie music (without lyrics) and no music) than take the Abbreviated Torrance Test for Adults test. The results of this study are as below:
(1)People with openness to experience get better score than those with conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and emotional stability in fluency, originality, elaboration, flexibility and creativity.
(2)Listen to background music when work can really increase their performance in fluency, originality, elaboration, flexibility and creativity.
(3)People with conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and emotional stability in fluency, originality, elaboration, flexibility and creativity listen to background music get better performance than those with openness to experience.
(4)People with agreeableness and conscientiousness get the best performance in fluency, originality, elaboration, flexibility and creativity.
