近幾年來桌上型PC產業面臨著全球經濟成長趨緩以及智慧型手機與平板電腦的興起,NB的市占率持續提高的影響下,導致桌上型PC市場佔有率與年出貨量持續的下降。而產業供應鏈的競爭激烈,供應商在接單壓力下的削價競爭策略,也早已把桌上型PC代工市場變成紅海一片。
身處在如此惡劣環境下謀求生存的國內電子ODM/OEM業者們,不僅僅面臨外部接單條件持續惡化的挑戰,一方面也要面對解決因為組織龐大所產生之資源浪費的問題。要如何克服困境設計出「研發時程短、高品質、低成本、保毛利」的產品,來提高企業的競爭力,已然是國內電子ODM/OEM業者們目前最迫切需要解決的課題。
本研究希望可以藉由研究者本身長期在電子代工產業界服務的關係,將自身經驗與深入現場觀察產業情勢所得之觀察心得,來研究探討將模組化設計套用在桌上型電腦線路圖設計上如此研發流程變更的作法,並以成本(Cost)、品質(Quality)、開發時程(Schedule)、核心能力(Core Capabilities)為量度基礎作為效益評估。來求證模組化對電子資訊產品代工廠的競爭能力之提昇,及滿足顧客需求與增加企業獲利之相關性。
In recent years the desktop PC industry is facing a global economic slowdown and the rise of smart phones and tablet PCs, NB market continues to increase, leading to the desktop PC market share and shipments continued to decline. Intense competition in industry supply chain, supplier orders under the pressure of price competition policy, the desktop PC OEM market already into the Red Sea.
Living in such adverse circumstances to seek the survival of the domestic electronics ODM / OEM corporates who not only face the challenges of external business conditions continued to deteriorate on the one hand have to face to solve the problem of the organization huge waste of resources. How to solve the problems as above to design products which can reach「development time is short., high-quality, low-cost, rise the profit margin」targets, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, already is the subject of domestic electronic ODM/OEM industry who are currently the most urgent need to address.
This study hopes by the researcher himself long term services in the electronic OEM/ODM industry relations, his own experience and in-depth site observation of the industrial situation from observation experience combined with the modular theory and practice of the use of actual case, to study the modular design implement to the design of desktop computer circuit diagram, and「the costs, quality, the development schedule, core competencies 」as a measure of base benefit assessment. To verify the modular enhance the competiveness of the electronic information products foundries, and meet customer needs and increase corporate profits.
