本研究以國民小學教師為對象,探討三個年齡世代之間的倫理價值觀差異,以及倫理價值觀與工作態度之關係。其中,倫理價值觀包括倫理意識型態當中的理想主義與相對主義,工作倫理當中的努力工作構面,和金錢倫理當中的成功與邪惡構面,工作態度則包含認知、情意、與行為層面。研究結果顯示:
一、三個年齡世代的國小教師,在各層面的倫理價值觀與工作態度上都沒有明顯的差異。
二、各層面的倫理價值觀與工作態度之間,相關係數或則未達統計顯著水準,或則絕對數字偏低。
上述發現顯示國小教師的倫理價值觀與工作態度都沒有明顯的世代差異,而且倫理價值觀對工作態度的直接效應相當微弱,理論發展與實務應用上都具有一定程度的參考價值。

Using elementary school teachers as sample, this study explores the possible difference of ethical values between three age cohorts and the possible relationship between ethical values and job attitudes. The ethical values in this study includes the idealism and relativism dimensions of ethical ideology, the “hard work” dimension of work ethics, and both success and evil dimension of money ethics. The job attitudes in this study includes the cognition, affect, and behavior components of attitudes. The major results of this study are:
1. Both for ethical values and job attitudes, the difference between age cohorts are not significant;
2. The correlations between ethical values and job attitudes are either not statistically significant or small in absolute level.
These findings suggest, for elementary school teachers, there are not cohort difference in ethical values and job attitudes. Also, the direct effects of ethical values on job attitudes are small or weak. These findings may contribute to future works of theory development and practical application.
