本研究目的為建構App供應商之評選指標,首先以App相關特性,使用者需求,結合資訊系統成功模式為基礎,同時整合資源依賴理論推導出雛型指標,然後藉由知覺價值觀點來修正App之雛型指標。接著再利用修正式德菲法結合品質機能展開的精神,針對具有App的專家15位進行問卷調查,進行指標修正。本研究提出資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、知覺價值四個構面共40項評選指標;且提供「行動高雄」為範例,以說明指標的用法。本研究結果可做為評選App供應商的參考準則,也可讓App服務供應商了解使用者與企業所重視的構面,並依關鍵指標修正其功能及品質設計,作為規劃與業務推廣之參考。
This study tries to construct the selection indicators for mobile application (App) suppliers. First, this study is base on Information System Success Model. It furthermore combines property of App, user requirement and Resource Dependence Theory to build basic indicators. Next, modified the research structure by Perceived Value. Then, the spirit of the Quality Function Deployment combined with Modified Delphi Method, the basic indicators are modified according to the suggestions provided by 15 experts by questionnaires. Lastly, this study proposed 4 dimensions: “information quality”, “system quality”, “service quality” and “perceived value”, with 40 evaluation indicators. In order to explain how to use the indicators to evaluate App suppliers, the example, “Mobile Kaohsiung” is provided in this study as well. The findings of this study could become guidelines for enterprises to evaluate App suppliers. Furthermore, App service providers can know more about what users and enterprises expect and then adjust the function for their future design.
