供應鏈上下游夥伴彼此藉由資訊整合與協同作業以強化產業競爭力已成為重要趨勢。本研究發展一通用於工程及製造業之協同商務與設計平台架構,以瀑布模式作為系統開發流程,經由對工程及製造業協作平台之需求分析,建構三層式系統架構並發展出系統管理、專案管理、文件管理及工作協同等四大模組。本文特別以Google所提供之免費協作平台服務資源,導入一項健康椅產品之協同商務與設計平台案例。測試結果顯示本文所建構之協同商務與設計平台可促進資訊共享、降低工作時程及大幅提升工作品質。
In order to strengthen the competitiveness, the partners of supply chain apply to integrate and collaborate information has become a trend. The platform of collaborative commerce and designs in this study provides a universal architecture of engineering and manufacturing, and the waterfall model is used to develop the system. Through the requirements analysis of manufacturing and designing collaboration, a system of three-tier architecture is constructed. The authors develop four functional modules, which including system management, project management, document management and collaborative work. Finally, this article applies the case of health chair to construct the platform by the resources of Google Sit, a free collaborative service platform. The test results show that the platform of collaborative commerce and design can facilitate the information sharing, reduce the work period, and improved the quality of work significantly.
