本研究為基礎實現人臉圖像年齡辨識的演算法。此方法使用類小波特徵(Haar-like feature)作為串級加速分類器(a cascade of boosted classifier)的輸入資料,藉以完成人臉切割的動作。本研究接著以二維主成份分析法(Two-Dimensional Principle Component Analysis, 2DPCA)對人臉影像進行特徵提取,再以生物智能演算法(EBA)輔助將提取出的特徵做個別加權,最後使用本研究所設計的多重分類器進行年齡識別演算,以多重向量機(Support Vector Machine, SVM)作初步年齡範圍判定,再以線性鑑別分析(Linear Discriminant Analysis, LDA)進行類間距離比最大化,並結合K近鄰演算法(Kth-Nearest Neighborhood, K-NN)做最後的年齡識別與分類。
In this paper, an age estimation algorithm based on facial image is proposed. The Haar-like feature is employed to be the input of the cascade of boosted classifier for detecting and cutting the facial region. Two-Dimensional Principle Component Analysis (2DPCA) method is utilized to extract the face feature. Evolved Bat Algorithm (EBA) method is built a matrix to weight the face feature to be the input of the designed multi-classifier for estimating the age of the target user. In addition, Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifies the age range of the target user. Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) is used to increase the difference between one class to the others. The designed multi-classifier is composed of Kth-Nearest Neighborhood (K-NN) and for deciding the final estimated age.
