行動應用軟體是未來重要的趨勢。此外,有鑑於缺乏一套評估指標發展方法,故本研究參考Murry & Hammons於1995年所提出修正式德菲法,發展一套系統化的四階段行動應用軟體評估指標程序,並以公車動態資訊系統為例。首先以資訊系統成功模式為基礎,結合行動裝置和公車動態行動應用軟體的相關特性,同時整合知覺價值觀點推導出雛型指標。隨後由行動應用軟體的相關專家進行指標修正,最後再透過問卷調查法,由使用者評估各項指標的重要程度。本研究提出資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、知覺價值四個構面共47項評估指標。可供使用者做為選擇軟體時的參考準則,也可讓行動應用軟體的軟體開發商了解使用者所重視的軟體特性,並依關鍵指標修正其功能及品質設計,作為規劃與業務推廣之參考。
Mobile Applications has become an important issue in the future. However, the evaluation indicators of Mobile Applications are rare. Furthermore, in view of the lack of a method of indicator development. This study referenced Modified Delphi Method to developed a "four-stage" procedure to elicit the proper items and built dynamic bus mobile applications evaluation indicators. The research process has following important steps. First, we adopted information systems success model, characteristics of mobile devices, dynamic bus information system and Perceived Value for scale development. Second, some experts and scholars related to the field of mobile application were interviewed, Third, after taking the suggestions and corrections from those experts and scholars and data analysis, Final, through the user verify indicators, This study proposed 4 dimensions as “Information Quality”, “System Quality”, “Service Quality” and “Perceived Value”, total 47 evaluation indicators. The results may provide the customer’s in purchasing bus dynamic mobile application to evaluate the effectiveness. For the software company that have not yet set up the system, the results could serve as the reference while development software.
