This research aims to study what factors result in the continual use of Mobile Tourism Guide of Application. The study is based on Expectation-Confirmation Model of IS Continuance, Perceived use characteristics, Perceived Risk and Perceived Value.
The survey, which was conducted through snowballing and random sampling on Mobile Tourism Guide of Application users, received 111 valid questionnaires from paper sources. After PLS analysis, this study concludes four main results, including: 1. Expectation confirmation has positive effect on extent of perceived use. 2. Perceived risk has a negative impact on users´satisfaction. 3. Perceived value has positive effect on Expectation confirmation. 4. Expectation confirmation、perceived value and perceived use been evaluated as positive significance on users´satisfaction.
The Results could facilitate the service improvements of Mobile Tourism Guide of Application companies, and expanded the Expectation-Confirmation Model and Perceived use characteristics, Perceived Risk and Perceived Value for future studies on Mobile Tourism Guide of Application.
