本論文主要以單級具PFC功能之非對稱半橋轉換器加上零電流切換LED調光電路為主要架構,並探討兩級電路之分析與設計。文中首先分析單級具PFC功能之非對稱半橋轉換器工作原理與參數設計。單級具PFC功能之非對稱半橋轉換器有著架構簡單、使用較少的元件、開關應力低與利用電路本身之寄生元件來達成零電壓切換等優點。然後再針對零電流切換LED調光電路的理論架構與設計方法作一個清晰的分析,以使LED調光電路設計更為容易。LED調光電路則可以讓使用者依自己的喜好,調整其光源的亮度。
最後,本文先利用電腦模擬軟體IsSpice加以驗證後,再實際製作一台60W之交/直流電源模組及LED調光器。其前級單級具PFC功能之非對稱半橋轉換器電路效率最高可達89.6%,後級零電流切換LED調光電路效率最高可達98%。
This thesis focuses on the analysis and design of single stage asymmetric half bridge converter with PFC used in ZCS dimmable LED lighting equipment. First, the operation mode and parameter design of single stage asymmetric half bridge converter with PFC will be analyzed in this thesis. The merits of asymmetrical half-bridge converter with PFC not only has PFC function but also has simple structure, fewer component, lower switch stresses and using the parasitic components to achieve zero-voltage-switching.
Then, a clear analysis and design criteria is provided for the ZCS LED Dimming Driver in order to make the circuit design easier. LED dimming circuit allows the user according to their own preferences, adjust the brightness of its light.
Finally, the converter is verified using IsSpice software and a prototype 60W AC-DC power converter and ZCS LED Dimming Driver are implemented. The efficiency of the front stage asymmetrical half-bridge converter with PFC can reach 89.6%, the maximum efficiency of the rear stage ZCS LED Dimming Driver is 98%.
