目前國內扣件業中關於螺絲的業者有非常多屬牙型設計的專利存在,但能使專利商品化的產品並不多,原因有二:產品功能未有效驗證與未了解客戶端真正的需求。為了能讓公司專利產品可商品化,本研究透過CAD軟體(SolidWorks)與有限元素軟體(Deform-3D)來驗證不同方向複合螺紋螺絲與正常螺紋螺絲對於木材之旋入扭力分析,所得結果的旋入扭力值由低至高為複合螺紋左螺紋→複合螺紋右螺紋→無複合螺紋(正常螺絲),其比值為1:2.25:4,並再經實體螺絲驗證後趨勢是一致的,證實複合螺紋左螺紋螺絲的旋入扭力最低,等同於螺絲在施工時最省力。本研究除了有利於產品商品化外,還建立了一個螺絲牙型設計的基礎驗證架構,可做為後續螺紋設計之依據。
Presently many patents of thread design from the domestic screws manufacturers in metal fastener have existed. But they rarely commercialized the patent items. There are two reasons. First, they don’t practically verify the performance of patent items and entirely understand the real needs of the customers. To commercialize the patent items of our company, we use SolidWorks and DEFORM-3D to verify and analyze the driving torque relative to different drilling directions of multiple threads and normal threads screws to wood. From results of analysis, the torque value from the lowest to the highest is: Left hand threads of multiple screw → Right hand thread of multiple screw→ Regular screw. The ratio of torque is 1:2.25:4. Besides, the results are certainly the same as testing the entity screws. It was approved the driving torque value of left hand threads of multiple screw is the lowest. That is to say it saves the most force when the workers drill into the wood board. In this study, not only construct the commercialization of the patent items but also build up the verified framework of screw thread types. It could become the basis of follow-up design for screw threads.
