本研究目的為探討財會人員之工作投入、工作滿意對組織承諾之影響。本研究建構一個理論模型以檢驗變數之間的關係,資料以問券方式蒐集,並以迴歸分析檢測兩個假說。本研究以200位財會人員為研究對象,實證結果顯示:財會人員工作投入與組織承諾有顯著正向影響,其次財會人員工作滿意與組織承諾亦有顯著正向影響,且工作投入與工作滿意有顯著正向影響。本研究之研究成果,期望能提供給公司管理階層作為增進財會人員工作投入、工作滿意對組織承諾決策的參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of accountant’s job involvement and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study constructed a theoretical model to verify the relationship between variables. Data was collected by questionnaires, and detected the two hypothesis by regression analysis. This research takes 200 accountants as the research objects. According to the empirical results, there is a significant positive impact between the involvement of accountants and promise offered by organizations. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of accountants shows a positive significant influence, too. Besides, the job involvement and satisfaction with it also has significant positive relation. The results of this study, hope to provide as to enhance the accountants job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in decision-making reference to the company management.
