本論文以共平面波導饋入式方式實現超寬頻單極槽孔天線。首先,吾人於天線頂端饋入倒五邊形槽孔,使喇叭形天線電感性耦合的特性有效的干擾了電場的分佈,主要使天線的操作頻率下降。並藉由調整饋入線的末端使之逐漸變細或調整槽孔寬度、饋入線與槽孔連接段的長度與寬度,可使天線達到超寬頻的阻抗匹配頻寬。根據美國聯邦通訊委員會對於超寬頻的最新定義,中央頻率大於2.5 GHz 的超寬頻系統,至少需具備500 MHz 的-10dB 頻寬;中央頻率小於2.5 GHz 的則需有25﹪以上的載波頻寬。超寬頻除了頻寬大,傳送速率快(最高可達500Mbps)之外,還具有低耗電量、安全性高、高速傳輸、低干擾、定位功能精準、低成本晶片結構等特色。此外,超寬頻利用脈衝訊號作為資料傳遞收發器,取代了傳統超外差式結構收發器。因此,可以完全以矽製程製作與設計,省略本地振盪器(local oscillator)、混頻器(mixer)、放大器(amplifier)等元件,達到縮小體積、節省製作成本、降低功率消耗,這些都是超寬頻較其他通訊技術更具優勢之處。但是如此寬的頻譜(3.1~10.6 GHz),必將面臨到與現存的通訊系統相互干擾的問題。因此,我們在天線的正橫處蝕刻一長1mm的裂縫,減輕對於其他通訊系統的干擾,成功地製造出超寬頻的效果。
This article adopted the technology of coplanar-waveguide (CPW-fed) to achieve ultra-wideband (UWB) slot monopole antenna. First in order to interrupt the electric field by a character of loop coupling of the antenna and lower the operating frequency of the antenna, an inverted pentagon has embedded to the bow-tie antenna. In addition, the end of feed-line is to rely on adjust and become thinner gradually, or to vary the slot’s width and connection’s width and length of feed-line and slot in purpose which makes antenna obtain better impedance matching of bandwidth.
According to the federal communication commission of U.S.A the latest definition of ultra-wideband; center frequency greater than 2.5 GHz of ultra-wideband system, need to possess -10dB bandwidth of 500 MHz at least; center frequency smaller than 2.5 GHz of ultra-wideband system, need to possess more than 25% carrier bandwidth. Ultra-wideband not only has great bandwidth, high speed transmission(maximum 500 Mbps) but also has low power consumption, high security, high speed of transmitting, low interfered, accurate in positioning.
Besides, ultra-wideband has transmitted without a transmitted and replaces a superheteredyne transceiver, which is meaning the antenna can be made and designed by silicon abbreviate local oscillator (L.O) ,mixer and amplifier. Therefore reduce volume, save the cost of manufacture and power consumption, all those benefits of communication skills from ultra-wideband. But, such bandwidth of frequency (3.1~10.6 GHz) would cause the problem of interrupted from communication system, so we had a 1 mm long slit across and under the bow-tie, that reduce interferences, and to spread out the function of ultra-wideband very successfully.
