台灣視科技產業為影響全球力的重要指標之一,不過近年來伴隨著削價競爭、利潤銳減的情況下,使得台灣必須掌握關鍵技術來提升全球競爭力,然而要提升競爭力,除了專業技術與研發能力外,唯有不斷的發揮創造力,才是企業增加競爭力的根本之道。
對於科技業而言,創造力的關鍵在於如何能創造出獨特的產品與提高生產效能,進而掌握市場趨勢。研發部門雖然不是組織裡唯一需要具備創造力的部門,但其所扮演的角色,卻是影響企業發展的主要核心。當企業能夠提升研發部門的創造力,如此不但能在市場上提升競爭力,更可以深深地影響組織內各部門的創造力,使組織能引領市場趨勢。因此,本研究以創造力的人員特質、流程、環境與產出四大構面,試圖針對某跨國科技公司研發部門進行訪談後並編碼分析與探討。
根據上述,本研究結論發現:研發部門在選擇具備創造力的人才時,應採取多層次面談的方式,以避免個人之主觀意識;激發員工的創造力通常是工作具有挑戰性、需要思考的任務與專業相關之演講與經驗分享;讓員工嘗試具有挑戰性的工作、自我管理、跨部門間的協同合作、以及鼓勵創造力的產生,如此可促發創造力的動機;組織文化與氛圍、利用管理方式激發創造力、員工與員工間的協同合作、創造力的產生、研發部門為組織創造力發展重點,以上構面為創造力的發展架構。
最後,本研究針對實務界與後續研究提供出幾項建議,以做為後續研究者進行創造力對於研發部門研究之參考。
In recent years, Taiwan take science and technology industry as one of the important key indicator to influence the worldwide. However, follow with the condition of cutting prices to fight for orders and revenue declines; makes Taiwan have to keep the key technique to evaluate the world competition. Therefore, not only with professional technique and development ability to enhance the competition but also the continuously creativity is the way of root to increase the competition ability of enterprise.
For science and technology industry, the key of creativity is how to create a special product and to increase the production capacity and then to follow the market trend. Although the development department is not the only one needs creativity in the organization, it plays the core to influence the enterprise’s development. When the enterprise could increase the creativity of development department, not only can evaluate the creativity in the market but deeply influence each department’s creativity in the organization as well as makes the organization to be the leader of market. As the result, this research with the people’s characteristic of creativity, procedure, environment and output as four key factors as attempt to the development department of an international technology enterprise to have an interview as well as code analysis and study afterwards.
According to the above, the conclusions of this research are:
1. The development department while choosing the candidates should take the way of multi-layer interview and avoid of individual consciousness.
2. To motive the employee’s creativity are usually needs the job with challenges, thoughtful task and professional related of lecture and experience sharing.
3. Make the employee have the opportunity to have challenge work, self-management, cooperation of cross-department and encourage the creation of creativity, thus can urge the motive of the creativity.
4. Culture and atmosphere of Organization, make use of the management method to drive the creativity, the teamwork of employee, the creation of creativity and the development department are the growth point of organization’s creativity.
Finally, this research intends to actual situation and follow-up research providing some suggestions as the follow-up researcher to do the research about the creativity of development department for the reference.
