雲端運算是一個演變自網格運算、分散式運算及公用運算等領域的新領域。因此雲端運算的相關文獻的發展至今已經相當豐富。本研究主要透過文獻回顧方法,整理各種不同的雲端運算架構,進一步建立一個整合的雲端運算架構。並以共被引方法來解析雲端運算核心議題,資料來源擷取自ISI電子資料庫中與雲端運算有關之文獻,共610篇。透過共被引分析將雲端運算眾多的相關議題整理成明確的主題結構。研究結果發現,雲端運算的核心議題可分為:針對大量資料進行分散式平行運算、雲端運算的基礎觀念與應用、雲端資源的供給與經濟議題、雲端運算的實作、網格運算的概念與工具、網格運算的實作、高效能的資料處理及工作流程的制定等八大類。
Recent rapid advances in Information Technology (IT) have highlighted the rising importance of cloud computing in the field of Information Systems (IS). Despite agreement on its importance to an organization’s success, the concept of a cloud computing service model is still fuzzy and vague, and there is little consensus on its compositional features. Identifying the fundamental concepts, modeling principles, and practical functions of cloud computing is crucial for practitioners and academics. Following a comprehensive literature review, this paper principally employs the evolutionary analysis method to provide a unified cloud computing framework. Finally, this study compares Microsoft, Trend Micro, and the proposed unified cloud computing architecture to show that a unified framework of the cloud computing service model is comprehensive and appropriate to the current complexity of businesses. This leads to fruitful knowledge for academics and practitioners to understand, assess, and analyze a cloud computing service application.
