團隊主管交易領導、管理資源分配正義對工作投入與工作績效之影響

摘 要
近年來,工程顧問服務業與其領導者意識到員工對團隊主管交易領導、管理資源分配正義的認同、滿意度與工作投入、工作績效足以影響外部顧客的滿意度。實存在讓人深入探究的價值。
本研究以工程顧問服務業為對象,探討團隊主管交易領導、管理資源分配正義對工作投入與工作績效之影響,經發問卷100份並回收實證後,得到以下結論:
1. 交易領導對於工作投入具有顯著的正向預測效果。就交易領導的分向度而言,論功行賞對於成員工作投入具有顯著的正向預測效果;其次,賞罰不分則對團隊成員工作投入不具預測效果。
2. 管理資源分配正義對於團隊成員工作投入具有顯著的正向預測效果,且對工作績效之目標達成與合作滿意度有顯著影響。促進彼此間的合作滿意度。
3. 團隊成員的工作投入對工作績效具有顯著的正向預測效果。
以上結論建議工程顧問服務業團隊主管在執行專案時,應重視交易領導、管理資源分配正義,力求適切,以免影響員工的工作投入與工作績效。
In recent years, Engineering Consultants Company and managements aware of Leadership Management Exchange, Management Resource Justice, Job Involvement, and Job Performance are highly related to customers’ satisfaction. Therefore is worth delved for research

ABSTRACT
This research is based on Engineering Consultant Company, discussion of Leadership Management Exchange, Management Resource Justice in related on the effects Job Involvement, Job Performance.
Conclusions
1. Leadership Management Exchange is a significant positive outcome of Job Involvement. In points of Leadership Management Exchange, reward on merit has a significant influence on Job Involvement. Moreover when rewards and punishments are unclear, teams’ Job Involvement has negative influence.
2. Management Resource Justice has a significant influence on Job Involvement. In addition in reaching the goal of Job Performance and team satisfaction have a positive influence.
3. Job Involvement of the team member has a significant positive influence on Job Performance.
Base on the conclusion, management of engineering consultant sector should value the importance of Leadership Management Exchange and Management Resource Justice when in a project. So as not to influence teams Job Involvement and Job Performance.
