臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

纜車設施具有維護成本較公路低、對興建地區之環境較友善以及正面幫助地區之經濟發展等特性，國內公部門及民間單位近幾年對纜車設施評估或興建多有著墨，除最早之新北市烏來纜車外，目前已相繼完成花蓮縣遠雄海洋晴空纜車、台北市貓空纜車、南投縣日月潭纜車等共四條纜車路線，其他尚有數條纜車路線正進行評估規劃中。纜車興建評估一般需考量因子有工程技術、財務、土地、環境影響、市場及交通等六大層面，唯其評估方式是依照個案之不同進行各層面資料蒐集與推論，對於影響程度之拿捏較無法明確定義，過去國內之評估案件中可看出，大都由財務層面所得到的評估結粿往往占較大之影響程度，但似乎又與市場、環境等層面息息相關，容易產生難以結論之模糊地帶。本研究嘗試針對纜車興建評估以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process , AHP)為工具，透過專家學者之問卷結果建立出評估構面與評估準則之權重模式，本文同時配合新竹縣五峰鄉空中纜車系統建置民間參與可行性評估為案例資料，將五峰纜車設置之可能數個規劃路線方案，以上述模式進行優先性排序，並與五峰鄉纜車評估委託案之較可行方案建議做比較，本研究結果將作為國內相關單位進行纜車興建計畫可行性評估之參考。

Cable car facilities have lower maintenance costs than the road, the built-up area of more environmental friendly and positive to help local economic development and other features.The domestic public sector and private organizations in recent years gradually evaluate the cable car facilities or construction, in addition to the first current Taipei Wulai Cable Car, Hualien County Farglory Sky Cable Car, Taipei Maokong Gondola, and Nantou County Sun-Moon-Lake Cable Car, the four cable car lines, have been completed. Moreover, several other cable car routes are under planning and being evaluated. The infrastructure of the evaluation of cable car construction includes six factors: engineering technology, finance, land, environment impact, market and transportation. The degree of impact cannot define very precisely because the way of evaluation is accordance with its evaluation of various aspects of the cases to proceed to different data collection and inference. Therefore, from the past case evaluation can be seen that the factor, finance, will have greater influence on the evalution results but meanwhile it seems that the other factors, market and environment, also closely related to the evaluation results, so it’s easier to have gray area of conclusion. Therefore, this study of selection in cable car construction project is based on the way of AHP and evaluate through the questionares from experts and scholars to decide what kind of evaluation indicators and its ratio of importance. At the same time, proceed the study of Wufeng Town cable car construction and prioritize all possible options of Wufeng Town cable car construction to verify feability of evaluation and domestic relevant units can taket this case as the reference for evaluating other cable car construction.
