中華電信是一跨足資通訊的公司,為了維持市場佔有率及競爭優勢,要以提昇工作績效,其員工必需使用資訊科技來完成工作。回顧許多科技接受模型的研究都集中在解釋的資訊系統使用意圖或行為。本研究從科技準備指標(樂觀、創新、不適應、不安全)來探討員工科技接受模型(知覺易用性、知覺實用性)、動機理論的內在動機(尋求挑戰、任務愉悅)及外在動機(尋求補償、尋求賞識),進而影響工作績效的關係。受測者全部為中華電信的員工,資料回收了350份並以SPSS分析及AMOS驗證假說。研究結果發現員工使用工作軟體遇到與聽到困難的相關程度以操作介面不友善、流程不順暢和專家外行呈現顯著的相關,此現象顯示員工使用工作軟體的普遍性困難,值得管理者的注意。除此之外,員工使用工作軟體處於樂觀、不安全、不適應和知覺易用性會影響其知覺實用性,而不安全卻不顯著的影響知覺實用性。至於樂觀、創新和不安全會影響其知覺易用性,其中不適應卻呈現不顯著的影響。最後員工知覺易用性會影響其工作績效而知覺實用性卻呈現不顯著,而員工的尋求挑戰、任務愉悅和尋求賞識顯著影響工作績效。因此本研究後續探討科技準備指標對於科技接受模型是否也會透過工作契合度及組織契合度來影響工作績效。因此本研究的結果可建議部門主管改善工作運作方式和流程,使得員工達到良好的工作績效,希望最後可提供學術界一個新的思考模型。
Review that many studies have focused on technology acceptance model to interpret the intention or usage of IT. Chunghwa Telecom is a company of high technology and high competition to maintain market share and competitive advantage. The employees have to use IT to perform their job. In this study, from the technological readiness index (TRI) (optimism, innovativeness, discomfort. insecurity) explored the relationship among, technology acceptance model (perceived usefulness、perceived ease of use), intrinsic (challenge seeking、task enjoyment) and extrinsic motivation (compensation seeking、recognition seeking) of motivation theory, and job performance. In the pretest, 350 data have been gathered from employees of Chunghwa Telecom and used SPSS to test hypotheses. The results showed that the relation between encountered and heard problems, including interface is not friendly, the process does not run smoothly, and Expert layman. This phenomenon showed the problems are common for employees; managers should pay attention to these phenomena. In addition, the employees’ optimism, innovativeness, and insecurity of using IT impact their perceived usefulness, and discomfort and perceived ease of use do not impact on perceived usefulness significantly. Concerning the employees’ optimism, innovativeness, and discomfort of using IT impact their perceived use of use. Finally, the employees’ perception usefulness impacts on their job performance except perception ease of use. Therefore, the results of this study may recommend to the managers in improving the IT’s manipulation and processes to let employees achieve job performance, and finally to provide the academic a new model.
