臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著全球化趨勢及中國新興生產國的掘起，以中小企業為主體的台灣機械鈑金製造產業，要如何整合出高附加價值的產品與國際供應鏈接軌，是一項重要的課題。舉凡今日之航太工業、機械產業、電子產業、汽車工業、醫療器材、運動器材、金屬建材、金屬辦公傢俱等產業之鈑金零組件，皆被廣泛應用的機械鈑金製造產業。
面對21世紀，消費者需求趨於快速改變，導致產品發展由大量生產，逐漸發展成少量多樣;中小型企業面對產業升級和轉型的迫切需求，可以透過豐田的管理手段和改善經驗，來降低成本，提高效率和品質以提昇產業競爭力。本研究應用豐田生產的精神，在了解研究目的及豐田生產管理中之JIT(Just-In-Time)及時生產系統的定義及導入的優缺點，透過個案實際應用的結果，提供日後中小型企業導入豐田式生產前之決策參考。

To comply with globalization trend and burgeoning production country is to rise abruptly in China, and as for the small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan machinery sheet-metal industry . It is an important study that how to do the integration for the high additional value of the productions to connect with the international supply chain. There are many sheet-metal parts apply in machinery sheet-metal industry, for example, the aerospace industry, machinery industry, electric industry, automobile industry, medical treatment equipment, sports equipment, metal building material, metal office furniture and etc.
Facing the 21st century, tends to rapidly changing consumer needs, resulting from the mass production product development, and gradually developed into a small amount of diversity; SME industrial upgrading and transformation of the urgent need, Toyota through improved management tools and experience, to reduce costs, to improve efficiency and qualities to enhance industrial competitiveness。In this study, the spirit of the Toyota Production System, research purposes and in understanding the management of the Toyota production JIT (Just-In-Time) production system is defined in time and into the advantages and disadvantages, through the practical application of the results of the case, to provide SME into the future before the Toyota Production decision making。
