本文分析複合板螺栓接合之應力奇異性問題。文中採用圓柱座標系統描述問題之位移場、應力場及平衡方程式,進而將分析之問題建立為一階變係數之控制方程式。應用Richardson外插法求解此控制方程式,配合各螺栓接合面情形,推演對應不同連續條件下之應力奇異性特徵方程式。數值分析中探討了材料形式、螺栓圓周上各點、接合面之條件等因素對應力奇異性之影響。
The stress singularity for the bolt connection of composite plates is analyzed. Employing cylindrical coordinate to describes the displacement field, stress field and equilibrium equations, first order partial differential equations of the problem are established. To seek the solution of the first order partial differential equations, Richardson extrapolation is adopted. Based on the interface conditions of the bolt, the corresponding eigen-equations of stress singularity for various continuity conditions are developed. Numerical analysis is employed to investigate the influence of material alignments, the points on the circumference of the bolt and continuity conditions of interface on stress singularity.
