台灣遊艇產業早期藉由精美的製造工藝與便宜的價位,在國際市場上快速
成長擴張,奠定雄厚基礎。現今部分的台灣遊艇業者已有充分能力建造性能傑
出的豪華遊艇,在性能上與歐美國家並駕齊驅,甚至為提升客戶滿意度而提供
室內設計客製化的服務,打造專屬的私人遊艇。而客製化服務流程是否順暢關
鍵在空間配置初期能否建立明確的配置需求,讓後續室內風格設計能有所依據,
減少後期因空間配置需求不明確而造成的反覆修改。

本研究依企業需求建構一遊艇空間配置視覺化溝通輔助系統,改變過去僅
由案例圖片來討論空間配置需求的作法,將三層的前後甲板以模組化的方式呈
現,展示空間配置案例,藉以協助客戶了解遊艇內部架構,進而討論配置需求
與修正細節。本系統所展示之空間配置模組樣本來自全球排名前二十遊艇廠的
平面配置圖,透過詮釋結構模式分析並篩選出六個目標樣本,以3ds MAX 建
模軟體製作空間配置模組的3D 模型,並透過Unity 3D 遊戲引擎與C#程式語
言作為開發工具,建構3D 模型的互動檢視功能與第一人稱虛擬導覽,以模組
化的形式來瀏覽與切換各種空間配置。系統建構初期邀請遊艇室內設計、互動
設計、人因工程等相關領域專家進行兩次循環的啟發式評估作為初期系統修正
依據。再透過二十位一般受測者進行三階段的使用性測試,模擬遊艇客戶操作
情境來了解潛在的使用性問題。最後總結空間配置階段的系統建構成果並提出
改善建議,作為後續研究建構室內風格設計階段相關功能之參考依據。
Taiwan yacht builders has been dedicated in creating luxury yachts with great performance for years, and providing interior customization service to attract customers by building a unique luxury yacht based on personal needs. However, to provide interior customization service, the communication between customer and interior designer can be a complex and repeatedly procedure. To prevent the iterative situation of customer asking to change the layout design, we need to assist customers to evaluate which kind of layout designs is what they really want at the very beginning of interior customization design.

Therefore, we modularized the layout designs and implemented a visualization system for designer demonstrating yacht space layout samples to customers. With this visualization system, customers can see the details of yacht space layout in an engaging and interactive way, realizing what they really want for the space layout based on their functional needs, and discuss further detail design issues with interior
designer. To implement this visualization system, we used ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling) for screening layout samples from top 20 yacht builders, create 3D models with 3ds MAX software and develop interactive functions with Unity3D game engine in C# language. The system evaluation is mainly on finding usability problems, done by twenty users with a series of usability engineering
methods and sum up with a list of suggestions for system improvement.
