本研究目的在瞭解台灣地區定期海運業協同合作對於競爭優勢與組織績效影響之研究,在研究方法上是採用因素分析和結構方程模式進行分析,經由172位定期海運業從業人員的填答者,分析結果發現「內部協同」對「外部協同」有正向的影響,並進而影響到公司的「競爭優勢」和「組織績效」;「內部協同」對「競爭優勢」亦會有正向的影響,並進而影響到「組織績效」;「外部協同」對於「競爭優勢」會有正向的影響,並進而影響至公司「組織績效」,但「內部協同」對「組織績效」的影響,在本研究並沒有獲得顯著性的支持,此結果可得知「外部協同」和「競爭優勢」對於「內部協同」影響到「組織績效」間具有正向的中介效果。最後,本研究根據所得到的結果提出相關之建議,提供給定期海運業者營運管理與經營策略之參考。
This study aims to examine the effects of supply Chain collaboration on firm’s competitive advantage and organizational performance in the container shipping industry. Data collected from 172 respondents who working in the container shipping companies. A factor analysis and structural equation model were employed. Results indicated that internal collaboration had a positive effect on external collaboration and competitive advantage, whereas external collaboration had a positive influence on competitive advantage and organizational performance. However, the impact of internal collaboration on organizational performance was not supported in this study. This implies that external collaboration and competitive advantage play a mediating role between internal collaboration and organizational performance. Managerial implication and strategic suggestions from the research findings for shipping companies were discussed in this research.
