仿生學,就是向大自然找創意,模仿其功能、行為和結構以改善人類現有的技術。本研究結合仿生觀點與TRIZ,藉由整合「系統優化策略」、「系統階層分析圖」、「TRIZ創新法則與關鍵詞彙對應生物案例庫」、「案例分析」與「定性低碳雷達圖評估」五大工具,提出一套可設計具有低碳概念的產品服務系統之綠色創新設計方法,幫助設計者能有系統地找到自然的創新解決點子,透過生物功能類比建議引導應用於產品服務系統上。
本文從「關鍵詞彙」建立起TRIZ創新法則與生物案例在相關產品服務系統和低碳策略的連結,提出「TRIZ創新法則與關鍵詞彙對應生物案例庫」,並透過案例分析分類其低碳與服務策略。系統優化策略為本研究提出,用以提供相關服務設計或服務性產品設計概念,使整個系統邁向低碳效果。系統階層分析圖、產品服務系統案例分析為修改自前人之研究,使其更適合應用於產品服務系統的細部設計上。本文提出以定性雷達圖結合修正前人之低碳效果指標作為新舊兩系統的低碳效果評估工具。其他的研究工具與設計方法,均成功地以案例驗證此方法的可行性。

Bionics is to find creative ideas from nature. Human being imitate the creature`s function, behavior, and structure in order to improve the existing technology. This study combines the biomimetic perspective and TRIZ to propose a low-carbon emission concept eco-innovative design method for PSS (product service system). This method comprises system optimization strategy, system layer analysis map, case-based corresponding method, qualitative low-carbon radar chart assessment. In addition, biological functional analogy suggestion guides designer how to apply bio-cases into PSS. This proposed method helps designer systematically find the creative solution from nature and inspire a more eco-innovative PSS.
Key words establish the connection between TRIZ innovative principles and bio-cases in the relationship of PSS and low-carbon strategy. This thesis provides the corresponding bio-cases of TRIZ innovative principles and key words, and sorts them by service and low-carbon strategy through case analysis. System optimization strategy is proposed to make the system more low-carbon effect and provide the conceptual suggestion of service design and product of service design. System layer analysis map and case-based corresponding method are rearranged and modified to become more proper for the PSS detail design. Furthermore, this thesis proposes the qualitative radar chart for evaluating the low-carbon effect between the PSSs which are improved before and after. Finally, the three design cases demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed method and process.
