現在是一個全球化和環境快速變動的時代下,國家與國家間交流也越趨頻頻繁,這些交流包括了資本、技術、知識…等,這些情況也包括了像是台灣以出口導向為主的國家,本研究主要探討台灣企業國際化程度對於績效的影響,並加入干擾變數,包括組織學習觀點、產業環境和國際化動機,分別研究對於企業國際化和績效間關係的干擾影響。本研究經由迴歸進行實證分析後發現,台灣企業在國際化與績效間是呈現U型關係;干擾項部份,組織學習中對於國際化與績效間的影響都是呈現先正後負的干擾;而產業環境中的競爭強度對於企業國際化和績效的干擾作用則出現先負後正的影響;另外,國際化動機中的效率導向動機對國際化和績效也是呈現先負後正的干擾效果。
The major subject of this research is to discuss the relationship of the degree of internationalization and performance in Taiwan enterprises, we also take the organizational learning、industrial environment and international motivation as the moderator. Try to find how these variables moderate the relationship between the enterprise international and performance. This study found that Taiwan’s companies showing a U-shaped relationship between internationalization and performance; The impact between international and performance in organization learning are showing inverted U-shaped moderating effect;the moderated by Industrial environment are showing U-shaped relationship;and the moderated by international motivation are showing U-shaped relationship moderating effect.
