本研究主要探討套筒板手業之關鍵成功因素，主要目的為：探討套筒板手業之現況與困境、探討套筒板手業經營之關鍵成功因素。由於近些年套筒板手業面對中國大陸、越南、印度、印尼及亞洲與東歐之新興國家的衝擊。這些新興國家具備著低廉的勞動成本、優渥的國家資源，而這些國家實施的出口補貼政策以及對於先進國家與開發中國家所給予之優惠待遇。例如：關稅的減免或最優惠關稅之待遇。其最大主因是受到大陸低廉的價格競爭與威脅、國內相關成本持續提高等問題，以及金融海嘯重創的影響，導致歐美代工量驟減；不過，台灣業者仍然堅持往研發及行銷創新的方向發展，適時調整業務結構，更以自有品牌推廣至東歐、拉丁美洲與亞洲等新興市場，並備足未來景氣復甦所需各項能量，再創套筒板手業經營成功之要素與藍圖。
本研究針對學者二位、業界高階位主管四位，共計六位受訪者進行訪談。訪談中均依據訪談題綱，對受訪者進行意見徵詢。並將訪談結果作為「套筒板手業經營之關鍵成功因素之研究」之德懷術問卷的主要依據。由於德懷述的專家問卷在本研究中，預計實施有三次問卷，每一次問卷都是根據上一次專家所提供的建議以及選項加以修正。經由資料統計處理結果為：製造技術加工設備的更新、研發的創新、新市場及舊市場的需求與開發、品質管控、人員素質等五個主要關鍵成功因素。

This study investigates the critical success factors of the industry Socket Wrench. The main purpose: to explore the current situation and the plight of the wrench industry and explore the key success factors of the the Wrench industry operating. Wrench industry in recent years faces some impact of mainland China, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Asia and Eastern Europe. These emerging countries have low labor costs, generous national resources, these countries implemente export subsidies what is given preferential treatment as well as other advanced countries and developing countries. For example: the tariff relief or preferential tariff treatment. Mainly by the continent's low-price competition and threats to domestic costs continue to increase, as well as the impact of the financial tsunami hit, leading European and American OEM plummeted; However, industry still insist to the direction of R &; D and marketing innovative timely adjust their business structure to the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia, but also to its own brand, and an ample supply of the future economic recovery and the energy required, the elements of business success, a new wrench industry and blueprints.
In this study, there are two scholars and four industry's high-end managers for a total of six respondents were interviewed. The interviews were based on interviews with subject headings, consultation respondents. And interviews are as the main basis of the Delphi questionnaire Wrench operators of critical success factors ". As the experts referred to by Delphi questionnaire in the present study, it is expected that the implementation of three times questionnaire, each time the questionnaire are based on an expert to provide recommendations and options to be amended. Through statistics to understand the results: update of manufacturing technology and processing equipment, R &; D innovation, new markets and the old market demand and development, quality control, quality of personnel five key success factors.
