本研究旨在探討國小特教教師知識管理與專業成長之間的關係,並比較不同背景及環境的國小特教教師在知識管理、專業成長上的差異,進而分析知識管理各層面與國小特教教師專業成長的預測力。
本研究採紙本方式之問卷調查法為主。以台東縣境內公立國小專任特教教師為研究對象,回收樣本為50份,有效樣本為47份,有效問卷回收率為97%,並以「台東縣國小特教教師知識管理與專業成長調查問卷」為研究工具,調查所得資料以SPSS 19.0 For Window電腦統計套裝軟體進行描述統計分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理。
歸納實證研究的發現,本研究獲致以下結論:
一、 國小特教教師整體知識管理屬於中上等級,其中以「知識獲取」的得分最高,以「知識創新」的得分最低,屬於中等程度。
二、 國小整體特教教師專業成長屬於良好程度,其中以「專業精神」得分最高,「人際溝通」的得分最低。
三、 台東縣國小特教教師不同背景與環境變項對知識管理僅任教之學校規模有顯著影響,其他變項則無顯著差異。
四、 台東縣國小特教教師知識管理各層面對整體專業成長具有高度預測力。
The present study aims to investigate the relation between knowledge management and professional growth of special education teachers in elementary school, compare the difference in knowledge management and professional growth between teachers with varied backgrounds and in varied environments, and further analyze the predictability of each knowledge management layer for professional growth of special education teachers in elementary school.
A written questionnaire survey was adopted for the study. The subjects were full time special education teachers in public elementary schools in Taitung County. 50 questionnaires were distributed to the subjects and 47 valid responses were retrieved. The final valid response rate was 97%. “The Questionnaire on Knowledge Management and Professional Growth of Special Education Teachers in Elementary Schools in Taitung County” was used as the research tool, data collected from which ware analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis with the statistical package software SPSS 19.0 compatible with Windows.
