由於器官移植在台灣資訊不夠透明且資訊嚴重不對稱，導致捐贈者與受贈者間無法即時接受到資訊來進行相關移植手術。因此，器官移植相關人員之職責與移植資訊之充分揭露更顯重要。然而，先前對於眼角膜移植之資訊揭露極為有限且受限，有鑑於此，本研究利用社會網絡分析中之諮詢網絡(Advice network)來充分揭露眼角膜移植之相關醫療資訊。同時透過問卷、訪談、觀察等方式蒐集各種網絡關係(如諮詢關係)，並進一步計算各種社會網路的指標，作為後續研究者描繪網絡關係之依據。並藉由周遭之醫療資訊網絡獲得正確及有效之訊息來協助並提昇醫療服務效率，以延續生命的意義與提升生活品質，本研究結果指出，醫療諮詢網絡中的中介性與親近中心性，對採用行為皆有顯著且正向的影響。此外，醫療諮詢網絡中的程度中心性，對採用行為有負向且顯著的影響
