本研究於2010 年至2011 年間,每月採集調查花蓮縣地區18 個池塘環境因子與水棲昆蟲資源。共記錄到調查到蜉蝣目、鞘翅目、蜻蛉目、半翅目、雙翅目、鱗翅目等六個目,92 個分類群(Taxa),合計25842 之個體,水棲昆蟲的優勢分類群在各個池塘間不一,點1、3、4、7、14、16 的優勢種為Paraplea japonica;點2、5、6、8、10、13、15、17 的優勢種為Cloeon sp.;點9 的優勢種為Microvelia sp.;點11 的優勢種為Hydroglyphus flammulatus;點12、18 的優勢種為Copera marginipes。各樣站的環境因子間PH、濁度及導電度在樣站間有顯著差異,月份則無顯著差異;DO 在月份間有顯著差異樣站間無顯著差異:逐步迴歸結果顯示,溶氧愈高、酸鹼值愈高、水深愈深、海拔愈低、水生植物覆蓋率愈高時,水棲昆蟲群聚的個體數豐量值愈大;面積愈小、海拔愈低、水生植物覆蓋率愈高時,水棲昆蟲群聚的分類群豐度值愈大;面積愈小、海拔愈高時,水棲昆蟲群聚的多樣性指數值愈大;面積愈小、水生植物覆蓋率愈高時,水棲昆蟲群聚的豐富度指數值愈大;面積愈小、水深愈淺、水生植物覆蓋率愈低時,水棲昆蟲群聚的均勻度指數值愈大。池塘是維持水生生物多要性的重要棲地,在生態、保育及管理上具有一定的價值。
This study was conducted between 2010-2011, the monthly to survey in HualienCounty, environmental factors and aquatic insect resources at 18 pond in the Hualien County. A total of 25842 aquatic inect specimens were collected and 92 taxa were identified. Theseaquatic insect included Ephemeroptera, Coleoptera, Odonata, Hemiptera, Diptera, Lepidoptera. The dominant taxon at sites 1,3,4,7,14,16 were Paraplea japonica ,at site 2,5,6,8,10,13,15,17 were Cloeon sp.; at site 9 was Microvelia sp.,at site 11 was Hydroglyphus flammulatus, at site 12, 18 were Copera marginipes. The differences of environmental factor was among seasons and among sites. The results showed that pH、Turbidity and Conductivity exhibited significant differences among site, and the values of the DO exhibited significant differences among monthly . Results from the multiple regression analysis showed:When the dissolved oxygen, the pH,and the aquatic plant coverage is high ,water depth is deeper, the altitude is lower , the individuals abundance are bigger. When the altitude and the area are lower, and aquatic plant coverage is high the taxa richness is high. When the area is lower and altitude is high, the Shannon-Wiener diversity index is high. When the area is lower and altitude is high, the Shannon-Wiener diversity index is high. When the area is lower and the aquatic plant coverage is high the margalef ’s richness index is bigger.When area is , water depth,and the aquatic plant coverage is lowly ,the Pielou’s evenness index index is bigger.,he result of this study shows: Pond in the maintenance of aquatic biodiversity of the habitat, has a certain value on the ecology, conservation and management.
