摘  要
本研究以文獻回顧的方式,回顧戚樹誠等人 (2010)所提出的人力資源與組織管理建議國際期刊清單上,在2009-2011年間發表的期刊研究,以團隊或組織變項為前因變項,並以個人層次為結果變項的相關研究,並將研究結果分成認知、集體行為、組織政策、領導、衝突等五個層面,分析團隊情境下影響個人績效行為的因素和根據Hofstede(1967)的國家文化理論五構面,提出文化在績效、衝突、正負向情感、工作投入、正負向行為、領導、政策、關係等幾個層面對工作態度的影響及不同的研究對象、測量型式對研究所造成的影響,並歸納出熱門的研究主題及未來可行的研究方向。
本研究發現工作的特質、性格、家庭因素、動機、組織政策、領導者和部屬的相似性、特定的領導型態、人類對衝突事件特性的認知、和對團體內衝突的不一致認知,都會透過員工的認知評價變項,而影響到工作態度,進而影響績效。
而文化對工作態度之影響主要還是因為文化影響認知,進而影響互動方式。而研究趨勢方面近三年以認知、領導、組織政策研究最多,用跨層次的統計方法,且以分段、對偶或系列研究的方式,樣本來源以公民營企業員工,代替學生,增加樣本代表性。
最後並根據研究結果提出對學術研究、政府政策、實務工作,及本研究的限制,提出建議。

Abstract
This study was on the purpose to analyze the factors that affect individual performance in a team context by literature review method using articles from the recommended international journals list, which was recommended by Shu-Cheng Steve Chi et al (2010).These articles ,about human resources and organizational management and published between 2009~2011,all use team or organization variables as the antecedent variables and the individual level as the outcome variables. This review categorizes the study results into five dimensions (cognition, collective behavior, organizational policy, leadership and conflict) to analyze factors which affect personal performance behavior in a team context. It also highlights, according to the five dimensions of the Hofstede's(1967) theory of national culture, the cultural impacts on work attitude from the dimensions of performance, conflict, positive and negative emotions, job involvement, positive and negative behaviors, organization policy, leadership, relationships and the impact to the researches by different research participants as well as by different measurement types. The hot future research topics and research directions are also discussed in this review.
This review found that work characteristics, personality, family factors, motivation, organizational policies, similarity between leaders and subordinates, specific leadership style, cognition about conflict characteristics and inconsistent cognition about conflicts within the group will affect work attitude through employees' cognitive variables and thereby affect the performance.
The culture influences cognition is the major impact of culture on work attitudes, which further more influences the way of interaction. Research trends in the last three years mostly focused in cognition, leadership and organizational policy using cross-level statistical method in the ways of segmented, dyadic or serial studies. The sample sources of participants came from the public and private employees, instead of students, to increase the representativeness.
Finally, based on the results of this review, suggestions for academic research, government policy, practical work, and limitations or implications of this review are also discussed.
