目的:本研究主要目的為探討短時間靜態伸展,對大學生之柔軟度之影響,並了解柔軟度與肌肉適能兩者間的關係。方法:本研究受試者為28位20歲至23歲大學生,隨機分配至控制組(無伸展)與實驗組(有伸展),皆須測量坐姿體前彎及一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐作為前測;隔週待實驗組做完靜態伸展操之後,再進行後測。經由單因子變異數分析比較各組內前、後測的差異,使用共變數分析檢定施做伸展操是否有差異。結果:在坐姿體前彎部分,兩組的後測皆顯著優於前測;在一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐部分,也皆達顯著差異。至於組間在坐姿體前彎及一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐皆無顯著差異。結論:短時間伸展靜態伸展對柔軟度及肌耐力並無影響。
