自民國90年開始國內全面實施母嬰親善醫院(BFHI)的推動工作,各家醫院為此紛紛加入母嬰親善醫院認證的行列並實施24小時母嬰同室。即早接受母嬰同室不僅能促進親子間情感的連結,母親也可從中建立起被嬰兒需要和依賴的母育信心。為有效降低母嬰同室期間母親與嬰兒在身分辨識上的錯誤率,並在提高母嬰親善醫院之母嬰同室率的同時,確保新生兒在執行母嬰同室期間的安全性,本研究透過主動式RFID之應用,建構一套能有效防範新生兒錯抱及失竊事件發生並產出BFHI認證統計指標的視覺化追蹤系統,藉由主動的辨識與追蹤技術對新生兒作一嚴密而完備的感測辨識與全程追蹤的監測與管理,同時幫助醫院更有效的落實認證評鑑規定、提高24小時母嬰同室率。
In 2011, the promotion of Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) has been comprehensively implemented in Taiwan. Various hospitals have joined the accreditation of BFHI to implement 24-hour rooming-in. Rooming-in facilitates the emotional connection between mothers and infants, and mothers can also establish confidence from the need and dependence shown by infants. To effectively reduce the error rate of identification of infants’ identity during rooming-in and to ensure the safety of newborns in increased rooming-in rate of BFHI, this study intends to use active RFID to establish a visual tracking system which can effectively prevent the occurrence of holding the wrong newborn and theft of newborn and generate the BFHI accreditation statistical indicators. It is hoped that the active identification and tracking technologies can provide strict and complete sensor identification for newborns and comprehensive monitoring and management for overall process. It is also hoped that they can help hospitals effectively meet the requirements of accreditation to increase mother-infant 24-hour rooming-in rate.
