  在全球邁入服務經濟時代的發展趨勢下,服務創新成為產業新興的熱門課題。過去以製造業為主體的台灣企業,也意識到產值和毛利不斷被壓縮,在製造業和服務業的界線日漸模糊下,在成本、技術與品質上的領先已無法提高產業附加價值,因此必須向價值鏈兩端延伸,利用服務創新來為產品增加附加價值。而在高度動態與競爭的環境中,製造業廠商與上下游供應商藉由合作建立鑲嵌關係,此關係能幫助企業運作得更有效率,並且達到雙贏的目標。而此鑲嵌關係是否會促進企業內部動態能力的培育和外部夥伴間的知識分享,進而對企業服務創新的增進產生實質的影響,本研究將深入探討。
  本研究旨在探討台灣製造業之關係鑲嵌、動態能力、知識分享與服務創新的關聯性,透過回顧過去相關之文獻,以建構相關之理論架構,經由文獻探討發展出假說,採用國內天下雜誌公佈之一千大製造業做為本研究樣本,總共收集了213份有效問卷,並以因素分析、相關分析、路徑分析等統計方法進行問卷分析。
  經過分析後,本研究發現企業所建構的關係鑲嵌程度,對其動態能力、知識分享、服務創新均有正向顯著影響;企業的動態能力程度,對其服務創新有正向顯著影響;而企業間的知識分享程度,對其動態能力有正向顯著影響,不過對於其服務創新只有正向影響但並不顯著。最後,本研究將針對實證研究結果提出管理意涵且提供台灣製造業廠商具體的建議。

  In the trend of global development of service economy, service innovation has become an emerging hot topic of industries. Taiwanese companies, the main part of which are manufacturing industries in the past, also realize the phenomenon that the income and gross margin are deceasing, and the difference between manufacturing and service industries has become blurred, in the past, the lead of cost, skill and quality is unable to enhance the value-added of industries. Therefore, they think must to gain value-added on products by using service innovation. On the other hand, in highly dynamic and competitive environment, manufacturers aggressively build their association by cooperating with suppliers, and such relationships help enterprises not only operate more efficiently, but achieve the win-win target. The study is to investigate the influence of relationships on firm’s dynamic capabilities and partners’ knowledge sharing, and whether more leads to superior firm’s service innovation.
  This study is to investigate the empirical study of the relationship among guanxi embeddedness, dynamic capabilities, knowledge sharing and service innovation. From literature review, construct related theoretical models and developed hypothesis by literature review. In addition, mailed questionnaires to Top 1000 manufacturing industry from Common Wealth Magazine as the study sample, a total of 213 effective surveys were collected, and through factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis, will be used to analyze the results of answered questionnaires.
  Through statistical analysis, the results of this study are as follows. First, the firm’s guanxi embeddedness has significant positive relationships with dynamic capabilities, knowledge sharing and service innovation. Second, the firm’s dynamic capabilities, has significant positive relationships with service innovation. Moreover, the firm’s knowledge sharing has significant positive relationships with dynamic capabilities, but has positive relationships (not significant)with service innovation. Last, the results of this study will provides manufacturers concrete proposals.
