本研究旨在探討自我效能、遊憩專門化與心流體驗間之關係,以長泳活動參與者為研究對象,於2011年9月4日「萬人泳渡日月潭」活動現場進行問卷調查,共發放800份問卷,扣除填答不完整及無效之問卷後,回收有效問卷595份,有效問卷率達74.3%。接著以SPSS 17.0進行受訪者基本資料之描述性統計,再使用LISREL 8.53進行驗證性因素分析並驗證三者間之關係模式。
研究結果發現,長泳活動參與者的自我效能、心流體驗程度皆相當高,而其遊憩專門化程度則屬於中上;修正後之「長泳活動參與者自我效能、遊憩專門化與心流體驗」之關係模式整體適配情形良好,且模式信度與效度良好;由整體模式得知,自我效能會分別正向且顯著地影響遊憩專門化及心流體驗,且遊憩專門化會正向且顯著地影響心流體驗。
最後根據研究結果,提出實務及後續研究建議,以供相關單位及後續研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between self-efficacy, recreation specialization and flow experience, subjects were the long-distance swimmer who attend "Swimming Carnival of Sun Moon Lake" on September 4, 2011 . The subjects were asked to fill out a questionnaire, total of questionnaires were 800, effective questionnaires were 595, effective recovery ratio of questionnaire was 74.3%. The analysis used the SPSS 17.0 and LISREL 8.53. First descriptive statistics were computed. Next, confirmatory factor analysis was examined for the model of the relationship between self-efficacy, recreation specialization and flow experience.
The results show that the long-distance swimmer had very high degree of self-efficacy and flow experience; the degree of recreation specialization was medium high. After revising the model of the relationship between self-efficacy, recreation specialization and flow experience, the model is fit. And the model has good reliability and validity. According to the model show that self-efficacy was positively and significantly associated with recreation specialization and flow experience; and recreation specialization was positively and significantly associated with flow experience.
According to the results of this study, some practical suggestions were propsed to management units, and some directions were provided to future researchers.
