本研究旨以不同化學結構的-甘油磷酸鹽(-GP)與-甘油磷酸鹽(-GP)製備幾丁聚醣/甘油磷酸鹽(CS/GP)溫敏型水膠,並探討這兩種甘油磷酸鹽製備之CS/GP水膠的特性差異。結果顯示水膠中甘油磷酸鹽的濃度及幾丁聚醣的去乙醯程度會影響成膠溫度。在pH 7.0的條件下,甘油磷酸鹽的結構對成膠溫度並無顯著影響,但在pH6.6-6.8,CS/-GP水膠的成膠溫度明顯高於CS/-GP的成膠溫度,並且在37oC下,CS/-GP水膠的成膠時間較CS/-GP水膠短。CS/-GP與CS/-GP水膠的流變性質、水蒸氣穿透率、對Staphylcoccus aureus(ATCC 6538)與Pseudomonas aeruginosa(ATCC 10145)的抑菌能力與滲透壓等特性皆相似。
The results showed that gelation temperature was affected by the concentration of - or-glycerophosphate and the degree of dacetylation of chitosan, respectively. Chitosan mixed with -form or-form glycerophosphate had no significant effect on gelation temperature at physiological pH. The gelation temperatures of CS/-GP were higher than that of CS/-GP under pH 6.6-6.8. The properties including rheology, osmolarity and antibacterial activity (Staphylcoccus aureus (ATCC 6538 ) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 10145 )) between -GP and -GP hydrogels were different in significatly.
