第三方物流在全球運籌服務活動中被賦予整體實體運銷服務提供者的角色,營運內容是屬於多元化的工作領域,因此受到越來越多的關注及重視。本研究是以台灣地區的第三方物流產業之業務人員為研究對象,探討組織控制分別對於組織信任及角色外行為的影響,組織信任對角色外行為的影響,並進一步探討組織信任在組織控制與角色外行為之間是否扮演中介及干擾效果。
本研究採取敘述性統計、驗證性因素分析、信度分析、效度分析、層級多元迴歸分析針對回收的297份有效問卷進行資料分析。研究發現:組織採行程序控制對組織信任呈現顯著的正向影響,組織信任對角色外行為呈現顯著的正向影響,組織信任在程序控制與角色外行為之間具有顯著的中介效果,組織採行結果控制對於角色外行為呈顯著正向影響,組織信任在結果控制與角色外行為之間沒有任何干擾效果,組織採行派閥控制對組織信任呈現顯著的正向影響,組織信任在派閥控制與角色外行為之間具有中介效果。
根據研究結果,本研究提出以下建議:(1)設計具有規範性、賞罰分明、創新及激勵性質的管理制度,促進員工持續具有工作動力。(2)提高員工對組織信任感以增進角色外行為的展現。(3)採行適當的結果控制將有助於提高員工角色外行為的表現。(4)企業可採取派閥控制來提高員工組織信任的程度,並進一步透過組織信任來增進角色外行為的表現。(5)採取適當的組織控制以減少業務人員的高流動率。

Among the global service activities, 3rd party logistics is entrusted as the physical service provider, the content of operations have been found diversified in many different areas, which has resulted in a daily increasing attention and concern. This study is focusing on the sales person of the 3rd party logistics, to probe the consequence of organizational control separately toward organizational trust and extra-role behavior and the effect of organizational trust toward extra-role behavior, thence, a further study if organizational trust plays a role between organizational control and extra-role behavior for mediate and moderate results.
This study adopts descriptive statistics analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, validity, multiple hierarchical regression analysis, working on the analysis for the 297 returned copies of effective questionnaire. It finds out : If organization takes process control, it causes positive effect to organizational trust, simultaneously, organizational trust to extra-role behavior reveals a positive effect, organizational trust plays a mediate effect in between process control and extra-role behavior, if organizationtakes outcome controltoward extra-role behavior,it turns out a positive effect, organizational trust has caused no moderatein between outcome control and extra-role behavior, if organization adopts clan control, it shows an obvious positive effect, organizational trust plays the role of mediate between clan control and extra-role behavior.
Based on the result of study, this study proposes:(1)Set up a binding,merits and demerits system, innovative, encouraging, administrative system in order to promote staffs' consistent working motivation. (2)Enhance staffs' trust toward
