本研究以衝突理論為基礎,並佐以Amartya Sen的能力取向觀點,探討生活工作滿意度、工作家庭相互干擾程度與組織承諾之間的關係。本研究資料採用2005年中央研究院學術調查研究資料庫所釋出之「台灣地區社會變遷基本調查第五期第一次計畫—問卷二—工作與生活組」之調查資料,針對18 - 64歲勞動人口進行實證研究。研究發現在探討生活工作滿意度、工作家庭相互干擾程度與組織承諾時,不僅應考慮個人基本背景及家庭狀況,也更應重視工作環境的特質及工作本身的內涵。本研究結果,可提供個人與家庭、組織企業、與政府政策之參考。
Based on the Conflict Theory and follow the concept in the Capability Approach of Amartya Sen, this study explored the relationships among life-work satisfaction, work-family inference, and organizational commitment. The data comes from the Taiwan Social Change Survey (TSCS) first wave of the fifth phase (Questionnaire II – Work and Life) collected in the year of 2005. The result of this study shows that while we explore life-work satisfaction, work-family inference, and organizational commitment, not only the personal background and family context should be considered, but also working conditions and job characteristics have powerful explanation to all of them.
