本論文研製一單相蓄電池儲能系統,結合了負載電壓調整與負載準位調整功能,可降低用電成本及提高能源使用效率。為提升系統的可靠度與實用性,進一步加入了市電中斷模式,使系統在市電中斷時,可以做為緊急電力使用。在市電並聯模式下,系統可以依照其電力公司規定之時間電價,在離峰電價時利用較便宜之電力對蓄電池進行充電,等到尖峰用電時,利用蓄電池的能量供給負載,以減低尖峰用電量,進而節省用電成本。在市電中斷時,其可立即切換至不斷電模式使負載電力繼續維持,若電池產生過放電,或系統發生不可預期之錯誤時,也可以切換至旁路模式,使系統依舊可維持運行。本論文除詳述所提系統之電路架構、工作原理與控制迴路設計外,亦實際模擬各部分電路以驗證所提方法之可行性,最後實際製作電路並以數位信號處理器(DSP)實現控制器,由一些實驗結果驗證所提方法之可行性。

This thesis presents a single-phase battery energy storage system (BESS) possessing the functions of load voltage regulation and load power leveling to reduce the power cost and increase the erergy utilization efficiency. For further increasing the reliability and practicability the system also can enter the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) mode to supply the uninterrupted power to the load. As the utility is in normal condition, the system will enter the grid-connected mode to charge the battery with the cheaper off-peak grid power and discharge the battery power to the load in the peak time period. This load leveling function combining the Time of Use Rates (TOU) will save the cost of the grid power. As the battery voltage is too low or if any error happens, the system will be bypassed to the grid to maintain the continuous operation of the system. This thesis provides the detailed circuit topology, operation principle and controller design of the proposed system. The effiectiveness of the proposed methods are confirmed with some simulation results first. Then the circuit of the system is implemeted and the controller is realized with the DSP chip. Some experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system.
