According to the empirical evidences, we suggest: (1) international tourist hotels should adjust their human resource management strategies with accordance to the changing corporate characteristics. Especially, they have to pay heed to the “world cit-izen education” along with the enhancement of interanationization; (2) international tourist hotels should consider to join the bigger hotel chain groups for escalating their performance; (3) international tourist hotels should adjust their cross culture manage-ment to the human resource management practices in the local countries in order to promote their performance.
