本研究之主旨為探討工作福利與情緒枯竭之關係,經由以前研究指出,兩者之關係並不一致,但過去之相關文獻無法提供完全之解答,因此有必要進一步釐清兩者之關係。研究樣本是透過網路問卷以及紙本問卷的調查方式獲得。實證結果發現,工作福利與情緒枯竭呈現負相關,也就是該公司提供之工作福利愈佳,情緒枯竭發生率越低,在工作福利對於情緒枯竭之影響中,的確存在工作資源之中介變項,也就是該員工之工作資源程度越高,其情緒枯竭發生率越低。最後,依據實證結果提出實務建議與未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. By reasoning, satisfaction may specify the relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employees. employee benefit has a positive influence on, work resources and work resources has negatively influence on emotional exhaustion. The mediating effects of satisfaction towards the understanding of employee benefit can negatively influence emotional exhaustion practical suggestions and future sugges-tions are also provided.
