育成中心成立首要為扶植新興產業、鼓勵創新與培育新創企業,為達此所需之能量非所有育成中心皆完整具備。且透過人員訪視評估其績效,發現部分新設立中心良窳不一。故針對國內育成中心現況及評估能量蘊含量為主要動機。
本研究對象為國內學術型育成中心,採文獻分析、訪談及AHP問卷調查法,共發96份問卷,有效回收25份,經層級程序法分析後依權重順序列出:
一、育成中心人力素質與穩定性
二、動員母體組織各項培育專業能量參與度
三、育成中心營運自主性
四、育成中心對外組織行銷與資源投入
五、母體組織財務支持度
本研究結果認為育成中心較為重視組織層面因素,代表資源仍是育成中心的競爭優勢來源,但還需要具備完善培育流程輔助進駐廠商運作。
而組織整體性資源中顯示母體對育成業務之支持性氣候重要性遠大於組織培育流程運作制度,表示母體組織偏重對育成中心投入程度能夠充分運用自身能量營運。在培育業務流程五項能量之分析指出行銷與商務服務最為重要,因育成中心能夠提供一套完整的行銷服務給予進駐廠商並創造自身競爭優勢。
在整體蘊涵量評估結果發現,本研究所提供之40個能量中,以育成中心之人力素質與穩定性最為重要,由此分析得知育成中心仍偏重組織層面因素並佔整體蘊涵量排名前十名之多數。
最後本研究限制提出,因採用AHP法會產生構面權重分配不均的現象,提供後續研究者作為參考之依據。

Incubation centers are predominately created to nurture emerging industries, encourage innovation, and cultivate entrepreneurship. However, not all incubation centers have the sufficient energy to achieve these goals. Through personnel visits to evaluation performance, the results indicate inequality among some of the newly established incubation centers. Therefore, this study discusses the state of incubation centers in Taiwan and evaluates the energy entailment level of incubation centers.
The case studies in this research are academic incubation centers in Taiwan. We employed the literature analysis, interview, and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) questionnaire methods to distribute a total of 96 questionnaires, and 25 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The AHP analysis results are listed as follows according to their weighted order:
1. The quality and stability of incubation center personnel
2. The various cultivation professional energy participation level of the mobilization matrix organization
3. Incubation center operational autonomy
4. The incubation centers’ external organizational marketing and resource investment
5. The financial support of matrix organizations
The results of this study that incubation center is more emphasis on the organizational level factors on representative of the resource is still a source of competitive advantage of the Incubation Center, but also requires a the perfect cultivate process assisted more companies enter operations.
Organizational integrity resources, maternal in Developing incubator business of support for the importance of climate much larger than the process system of operation, expressed the matrix organizations to the degree of emphasis input the incubation center able to fully utilize itself energy operations.
Cultivate the five energy of the business process analysis that the most important marketing and business services give more companies enter incubation centers to provide a complete set of marketing services and create own competitive advantage.
forty energy in this Institute, the most important human quality and stability of the incubation centerthus analysis that incubation center is still emphasis on the organizational level factors and accounted for the overall implication ranked the top ten evaluation results of the overall implicationname of the majority.
