組織公民行為一直是研究組織行為與人力資源管理學者所重視的主題。實務界及學術界至今仍對此現象維持高度的興趣,無論是在政府機關、營利組織、甚至非營利組織都被廣泛的探討及研究。 再者,信任可以協調團隊內部關係,優化人員配置,使組織有高效率運轉的能力,並且,提升人員自主性與向心力,增進自動自發的互助精神。因此,期望藉此研究機會可以更深入瞭解,公務人員間的信任關係與其組織公民行為之關係。
本研究方法主要是透過文獻分析法及問卷調查法,從公務人員的信任關係與組織公民行為進行分析。研究中採用抽樣方式進行問卷調查,針對行政院農業委員會本部,底下所設置的企劃處、畜牧處、輔導處、國際處、科技處、農田水利處等六個業務單位進行問卷發放,回收之有效問卷為178份。再者,本研究採用SPSS統計視窗軟體作為統計分析的工具,針對樣本資料使用:描述性統計、T檢定分析、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、皮爾森相關分析,以及迴歸分析等方法。
本研究發現如下,並依研究結論,提出幾點研究建議:
一. 不同婚姻狀態及服務年資的受訪者,在信任關係與組織公民行為上 存有顯著差異。
二. 公務人員的「信任關係」各構面與「組織公民行為」各構面皆有顯著相關。
三. 公務人員的「信任關係」變項中的「同僚信任」及「組織信任」構面對「組織公民行為」有顯著影響。
The study of organization citizenship behaviors (OCB) has consistently attracted the attention of researchers from areas of organizational behavior and human resources. The persistent interests in OCB study extend to public and non-for-profit organizations. Furthermore, trust can facilitate team building, allocation of resource & human capital, business operation, and autonomy of personnel. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between trust and OCB among public employees from agriculture commission.
Through the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method in this study, with the public employees from the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, as the subjects, a total of 178 valid copies were recovered. In addition, SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis, as well as reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample T-test, one-factor analysis of variance, correlation, regression analysis, and other statistical methods for data analysis and verification.
The major findings are as follows:
1. Organizational members of different marital status and different tenure of employment exhibit significant difference in OCB.
2. There exists significant correlation among dimensions of trust relation and OCB.
3. In the sub-dimension of trust relation, trust between colleagues and organizational trust have significant impact on OCB.
