近年來科技發展迅速,行動裝置技術不斷創新,吸引人們消費的從原本使用的一般功能型手機(Feature Phone)演變到智慧型手機(Smart Phone),且隨著消費性電子產品的進步,智慧型手機已逐漸蔚為主流。但由於隨著市場蓬勃發展,廠商須不斷增其產品的實用性。爰此,為了吸引消費者購買,以達最好績效,智慧型手機作業系統的選擇,儼然成為一個重要課題。有鑑於目前有關於影響消費者選擇使用及購買智慧型手機作業系統的研究議題並不多,因此,本研究在此加以探討。又因本研究欲瞭解智慧型手機作業系統,是否可支援使用者其工作任務,並有適當的配適度,因此,本研究採用任務科技適配度研究模型為基礎,以探討使用者成效。
本研究針對智慧型手機作業系統中,以目前市佔率最高的Andriod、Apple iOS、Nokia symbian及Windows Mobile等四大作業系統進行探討,並以尚未購買過智慧型手機且使用過之潛在消費者為研究對象,共收集了 208份樣本。最後,以PLS研究模型進行分析,其研究結果顯示,適合性及介面便利對於任務科技配適度有顯著的表現,且進而影響其使用意願。
故現今企業,應透過資訊科技資源來強化;而對於智慧型手機之經營與創新研發而言,應由消費者角度瞭解其深層需求,並依其需求為根基,研擬產品軟硬體製作取向、定位及行銷策略,以提升廠商及週邊相關產品線之競爭優勢,進而增其營運績效及消費者滿意度。


With the development of technology, the innovation of mobile devices attracts more and more customers to use Smartphone. Therefore, understanding the factors influencing users'' intention to use Smartphone has become an important issue. However, few past studies explored the factors influencing users'' choice of Smartphone operation systems. Thus, a research model is developed based on task-technology fit to explore the factors. The subjects of this study are the potential users of Smartphone. An empirical study involving 208 subjects was conducted to test this model. The results show that compatibility and interface convenience significantly affected task-technology fit and then impacted the intention. Finally, the implications are discussed.
