肉桂醛也經常被用在醫療,一些研究表明,肉桂醛,可用於抗菌和抗黑色素形成。在我們的研究有兩個主要目標。肉桂醛的抑制酪氨酸酶的能力的特性之一,另一抑制菌活性。我們利用肉桂醛分子通過羥丙基-β-環糊精(HP-β-CD)包覆,形成奈米級藥物,可以控制釋放它的內容與時間。此外,抗菌試驗結果還表明,肉桂醛,對革蘭氏陽性菌的活性有抑制效果。 經由HP-β-CD包覆的肉桂醛透過(DSC),熱重分析(TGA),薄層色譜法,UV,核磁共振,等等精密儀器鑑定,是否成功的進行了奈米級藥物合成。抗菌部分利用(MIC),(MBC)兩種指標作為鑑定。 根據我們的研究結果,HP-β-CD的肉桂醛包覆物是一個有效抑制酪氨酸酶和抗菌。這表明HP-β-CD是一種有助於無法溶解難以操作的親油性物質的良好媒介,而經由包覆後的肉桂醛效果良好並且在實驗上有好的表現在臨床治療潛力上有良好的效用。
Cinnamaldehyde has been used frequently in medical treatment, some researches indicated that Cinnamaldehyde can use as antimicrobial and antifungal. There are two main goals in our study. One is to characterize Cinnamaldehyde’s ability to inhibit tyrosinase, the other is to screen it’s antibacterial activity. We encapsulated Cinnamaldehyde through hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (hp-β-CD) by molecular inclusion, and the resulting Cinnamaldehyde complex could release it’s content with time. Furthermore, the results of antibacterial test also demonstrated that the activity of Cinnamaldehyde against Gram-positive bacteria were related to the content of Cinnamaldehyde complex. The formations of hp-β-CD Cinnamaldehyde complex were characterized by differential canning calorimetry (DSC), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), TLC ,UV , NMR. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Cinnamaldehyde complex defined as the lowest concentration is able to inhibit visible microbial growth, and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) is the lowest concentration of needed to kill of the bacteria. Both MIC and MBC were determined by using the broth serial dilution method and plating on agar. According to our results, hp-β-CD Cinnamaldehyde complex is a strongly tyrosinase inhibitor and useful for antibacterial, demonstrating that hp-β-CD Cinnamaldehyde complex exhibits good propert ies and potential on treating clinical treatment.
