非致死性職業傷害或疾病可能會導致工時損失,造成企業產出減量以及成本提高,其中肌肉骨骼危害是造成工時損失的主要原因之一。肌肉骨骼危害又被稱為人因工程傷害,主要原因包括了重複性工作、不當姿勢、過大施力、振動、溫度等,通常是經由長時間造成的累積性傷害。這些傷害主要出現在背部、上肢、肩膀、下肢等部位。通常評估工作姿勢危害會使用肌肉骨骼危害評估表,肌肉骨骼危害評估表不僅可以提供預防傷害的效用,也可以統計出各種危害因子對傷害事故的影響力。此類評估方法需要聘請專家來進行填表,所需要花費的成本高,評估速度慢,無法達到長時間的監測。然而工作姿勢危害通常是由長時間造成的累積性傷害,所以長時間的監測才符合研究的實際需求。本論文將使用 Microsoft Kinect此項3D感應技術搭配機器視覺方法研發一套自動化的工作姿勢危害評估系統,主要目的為提供學術界以及業界一套研究工作姿勢危害的研究工具,系統架構分為姿勢判斷、危害等級判斷以及資料紀錄。

Nonfatal occupational injury and illness cases may cause lost-workday (LWD). LWD will cause companies to reduce output and raise costs. The main reason of LWD is musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs also called ergonomic disorders. The main causes of MSDs are repetitive work and improper Working Postures and excessive force and vibration, and temperature. MSDs are usually caused by a long cumulative damage (CTD). These injuries occurred mainly in the back and upper limbs and shoulders and legs etc. Working Postures Disorders are usually evaluation using the musculoskeletal disorders risk evaluation table. Musculoskeletal disorders risk evaluation table not only can provide injury prevention but also can calculate various influence of injury. However, Working Postures Disorders are usually caused by CTD, so long monitoring is necessary. This object of this paper is to use Microsoft Kinect to build an automated musculoskeletal disorders assessment system. It is major of object is to provide a tool of research Working Postures Disorders for academia and Industry. The system architecture includes the determine posture and determine the risk level and record data.
