目的:探討蹠骨釋壓墊的軟硬度,於走路與跑步狀態下之足壓分析。分析蹠骨墊在不同運動型態下產生足壓變化與影響。提出蹠骨釋壓墊所應對應採用的軟硬建議。方法:以大專男學生為實驗對象計五名,實驗室中運用跑步機上進行測驗,實驗分為每次進行速度4.2 km/hr與7.2 km/hr測試,隨機配置足弓墊與蹠骨釋壓墊墊實施十分鐘後,以壓力鞋墊檢測系統蒐集足壓資料,探討走路與跑步運動型態下,不同硬度蹠骨釋壓墊足壓資料分析。統計分析:統計以學生氏t檢定進行分析,在跑步與走路下使用不同蹠骨釋壓墊比較差異,以及穿同一款蹠骨釋壓墊在兩種運動型態之表現,顯著水準訂為α=0.05。結果與結論:前掌平均壓力分析,走路時,軟蹠骨釋壓墊有較好釋壓趨勢;跑步在平均最大壓力比較上,軟蹠骨釋壓墊比穿足弓墊釋壓效果好。前掌平均最大壓力分析,硬蹠骨釋壓墊在兩種運動模式下,平均最大壓力增加最多的趨勢;跑步運動時,軟蹠骨釋壓墊平均最大壓力有釋壓趨勢。COP位移表現方面,足弓墊與後置蹠骨釋壓墊,顯示COP位移值有減少現象。結論:大專男學生在7.2 km/hr與4.2 km/hr 的速度下進行運動,軟蹠骨釋壓墊有助於前掌平均壓力與平均最大壓力釋壓並穩定COP軌跡效果。
Objectives:The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of different forefoot pads on the plantar pressure at different functional tasks such as running and walking on the treadmill. The application of different forefoot pads is supposed to result in the changes of the foot pressure at two different tasks. The different density materials of forefoot pads are designed to displace pressure on feet, but the influence on foot pressure at different tasks is not clear. This study can offer the information for the application of metatarsal pads at different functional tasks. Methods:There were five college male students recruited in this study to perform the tasks of running at 7.2 km per hour and walking at 4.2 km per hour randomly. After ten minutes of tasks, the plantar pressures at different forefoot pads were collected by the Medilogic Foot Pressure Insole-System for one minute. The data of forefoot mean pressure, mean maximum pressure, centre of pressure (COP) displacement during running and walking were recorded for analysis. The student t test was used to examine the difference among the different insoles and functional tasks. The level of significance was α=0.05. Results &Discussion:Generally, no significant findings were reported due to the small case number, but the tendencies of changes were observed. The mean pressure at forefoot was found less in the insoles combined softer-release pads than the hard-release pads. The insoles combined softer-release pads also showed less mean pressure than with insole only during running. The higher mean maximum forefoot pressure at insoles added hard-release pads were demonstrated either at walking or running during the treadmill test, and the less ones were showed at insoles added softer-release pads at all tasks. The decrease of COP displacement was showed at the insoles with both foot pads at the two different movement patterns. Conclusion:The softer-release pads contribute to the forefoot mean pressure distribution, the forefoot maximum pressure release and to stabilize the COP trajectory at the two movement patterns.
