本論文之主要研究目標係針對我國近年來政府的支出結構進行研究，選取了消費、投資、出口、進口及政府支出等經濟變數做為本研究實證分析之變數，應用可拓理論建模及層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)取權重，再以田口法直交表找出影響經濟成長的控制因子與水準，探討我國自西元2007年至西元2009年間政府的支出行為與經濟成長以及其他相關變數間的互動關係，分析出經濟成長最佳策略之研究。
研究結果得知，經濟成長對政府支出之變動存在著顯著的正面影響效果，然而政府支出對經濟成長之影響，其結果並不顯著。本研究結果的主要貢獻在於依此方法在政府支出與經濟成長的因果關係上提供最佳策略的評選及更為簡便的方法。

An objective of this thesis, first of all government spending in recent years, our first having to understand the structure, the selection of the total government investment, exports, imports, and consumer spending as a proportion of GDP, such as empirical analysis of the variables in this study to identify the impact of orthogonal array growth control factor levels, the application of extension theory / AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) to take the weight and other methods to explore China from AD 2007 to AD 2009, the government's spending behavior and economic growth as well as other relevant variables between interaction, analysis of the economic growth of the best research strategy.
The results showed that: economic growth, changes in government expenditures there is a significant positive impact on results, however, the growth of government spending on economic impact, the result is not significant, so between government spending and economic growth there is: one-way for the government's economic growth spending positive causal relationship.
