品質是企業基本生存之道，為提高客戶對產品的滿意度，許多解決問題的技術已被設計來解決各種工程問題，但事實上，各個工具未必足以單獨應用在每一工程事件，因此重要的是選擇合適的工具，並加以整合應用各個技術特長。本研究整合根肇因分析 (RCA)、失效模式與效應分析 (FMEA) 和萃思 (TRIZ) 建構出整合概念iRFTC，以降低產品失效風險，再運用AS9136 RCA程序為主架構，建立整合RCA、FMEA、TRIZ的程序模型iRFTP，最後並證實此程序模型能顯著降低產品失效風險，在產品交付前端客戶之前。

Quality is the lifeline of survival for all enterprises. In order to improve the customer satisfaction with the product, many problem solvers have been developed to sort out a ragtag of problems. There is no such a single solver we can apply to solve every one of the problems effectively. The trick is to choose suitable tools based on their advantages and integrate them. The purpose of this study is to integrate RCA, FMEA, and TRIZ and constructs a concept of integration (iRFTC) to reduce the risk of product failure. After that we use AS9136 RCA process as the main frame to construct an integrated model of RCA, FMEA, and TRIZ --- iRFTP. We vindicate that this process model is able to reduce significantly the risk of product failure before products are delivered to our customers.
