本研究採問卷調查法進行資料收集,進行實證研究;以台灣南投區會個案原住民儲蓄互助社的社員為研究對象,探討其信任、組織承諾與社員參與之間的關係。
個案原住民儲蓄互助社社員在信任認知方面,組織信任最高、其次為能力與誠信、最低為立意;組織承諾認知方面,以知覺性承諾高於態度性承諾;社員參與認知方面,合作分享高於忠誠度。在人口統計變項方面對信任、組織承諾與社員參與均有顯著差異的為年齡與所屬社別。
影響社員參與之迴歸模型,以同時考慮組織承諾之態度性承諾與知覺性承諾兩個變項與信任之能力與誠信、組織信任與立意三個變項之完整模式為宜,;五項自變項中,除立意與組織信任外,其餘三項均有顯著的正向影響,其中以組織承諾之態度性承諾影響程度最大。
This study used questionnaires to collect data for empirical research; Taiwan Nantou Chapter Case indigenous credit union for the study, to explore its trust, organizational commitment, and the relationship between the members’ participation.
Case indigenous credit unions members’ cognitive aspects of trust, organizational trust highest, followed by the competence and integrity, a minimum of conception; cognitive aspects of organizational commitment, commitment to higher perceived attitudinal commitment; members participation cognition, cooperation and sharing, higher loyalty degrees. In terms of demographic variables trust, organizational commitment and members participation were significant differences in age and belongs to another credit unions.
Affect members participating regression model, taking into account the organizational commitment to attitudinal commitment and promise two variables perceptual ability and integrity and trust, organizational trust and purposive three variables on full mode is appropriate; five independent variables items, in addition to conception and organizational trust, the remaining three showed a significant positive effect, in which organizational commitment attitudinal commitment greatest influences.
