在服裝產業上有愈來愈多的成衣公司選擇以服裝CAD系統等高科技技術來輔助開發與生產，而這類的高科技技術不論在2D模式或是搭配3D立體模擬，也漸漸成為輔助生產的基本系統。其主要目的都是為了利用電腦的快速與便利性來減少人工作業的時間以及增加在微利時代所必須擠出的利潤。
本研究依照打版與馬克排版的優劣是影響成衣最大的成本因素與生產流程的環節。因此，參考各學者的理論「科技接受模型（TRM）理論」、「資訊系統（IS）成功修正模型理論」、「工作涉入理論」發展出研究架構。採郵寄問卷調查，並將所蒐集到的資料經描述統計、信效度分析、相關分析、結構方程模式與路徑分析等統計方法，探討不同服裝CAD系統的使用者於操作系統上，對系統輔助工作所產生的滿意程度；使用者是否因服裝CAD系統的介面設計與排列而影響在工作上操作的方便性。如系統本身的「系統品質」、「資訊品質」是否影響對使用者於使用系統上的「認知易用性」、「認知有用性」的影響，以及對使用者於職務上的「工作涉入」所產生正負向的滿意程度影響，到結論如下：
(一)服裝CAD系統介面設計與圖示的品質的效能越高，當新使用者在接觸系統時操作領悟力較高與更快得心應手，主觀認定上會給予較高的評價。
(二)服裝CAD系統所產出的資訊品質效能越高，對使用者於工作上是有益的，快速且高產出品質的服裝CAD系統可以增加工作效率提高而對工作上涉入程度就愈高，在使用者主觀認定上會給予較高的評價。
(三)不同服裝CAD系統使用者認知系統愈容易操作、系統效能越高，則對系統的有用性程度具亦有相關影響，認知在工作上是有用的系統、能提高工作效率的系統，相對對服裝CAD系統的自信程度亦越高。
(四)操作服裝CAD系統上能有效簡化作業流程、提高效率、增加效能，對認為系統對於工作上是一套有用的系統，使績效愈高者，相對於使用滿意度則愈高。
(五)使用者於工作上認知使用服裝CAD系統是有用性的，即會投入更多心力於系統上，於工作上獲得更好的績效，相對於對服裝CAD系統的自信程度亦越高的對系統的操作涉入程度就愈高。
