摘 要
本研究探討添加植物精油成分之保濕乳霜,於雷射微整型術後的肌膚照護成效之評估。研究對象為雷射微整型術後的消費者,隨機分為控制組與實驗組。實驗組使用薰衣草、黃蠟菊等兩種精油調製為濃度1%之乳霜,控制組使用無此兩種精油的乳霜。於雷射術後當天起,每天早晚臉部清潔後直接塗抹於患部,持續措施14天,以皮膚水分檢測器及VISIA膚質檢測儀評估成效,探討使用該精油乳霜對於雷射微整形術後皮膚之照護能力是否具有舒緩保濕之功效。實驗結果顯示使用控制組與實驗組乳霜於雷射術後皮膚能提升皮膚的保濕與改善紅腫能力,此外實驗組還能改善毛孔、UV斑與棕色斑的皮膚問題,結論含薰衣草與黃蠟菊之精油乳霜能有較為明顯的膚質改善成效。
為了進一步評估植物精油對於不同的醫學美容雷射治療術後皮膚護理成效,針對最常見也最安全的醫學美容雷射治療之脈衝光與淨膚雷射,於術後使用添加複方植物精油之乳霜,比較該精油乳霜對於兩種雷射術後膚質改善之成效。藉由皮膚水分檢測器及VISIA膚質檢測儀評估膚質狀況,實驗結果顯示複方植物精油乳霜於脈衝光或淨膚雷射術後,皆能提升皮膚的保濕與舒緩鎮靜能力,皮膚改善的效果皆達明顯的改善成效。結論此精油乳霜對於雷射術後皮膚灼熱紅腫不適現象確實具有正向之改善效果,但兩者不具有差異性。
Abstract
This study investigated the efficacy of blended essential oils cream to post-laser surgery skin care. The participants are post-laser consumers, randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Experimental group use cream which blended 1% Lavender officinalis oil and Helichrysum italicum oil in ratio 1:1; the control group use blank cream without essential oils. Post-laser treatment, the participant continuous two weeks daily applied cream on cleaning face both in the morning and evening. We use Skin Analyser HL-611 and VISIA Complexion Analysis to assess the skin care efficacy. The results showed that the intervention enhance skin moisture and alleviate skin redness both of control and experimental groups, especially significant differences on experimental group.This Lavender officinalis oil and Helichrysum italicum oil cream containing is benefit to skin moisturizing and soothing for post-laser surgery skin care. Our command this essential oil formula cream alleviate the skin of burning and redness post-laser surgery。
In addition; to further assess the essential oils for different Cosmetic medicine laser treatment of postoperative skin care results, we performed another experiment, for the most two common Cosmetic medicine treatments of " Intense pulsed light and Nd:YAG laser ". In this study, we discuss whether using essential oil creams after surgery will improve the effectiveness of both laser surgery. The experimental subjects include patients who will undergo intense pulsed light and Nd:YAG laser treatment through the decision of the physician. After laser surgery, subjects will be asked to apply cream containing 1% Lavandula officinalis and Helichrysum italicum essential oil directly on their face every morning and evening for 2 weeks. The Skin Analyzer HL-611 and VISIA complexion analysis revealed that cream with additional essential oils moisturizes and soothes the skin after surgery. The efficacy of skin improvement is significant in both. The results indicated that creams containing essential oil decrease skin burning and swelling after laser surgery.
